Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 12, 2026

At RN2BE®, every item is created especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are made to order through our trusted production partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, changing of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts, colors, and product descriptions before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue
  • Incorrect (wrong item, design, color, or size sent)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem, including the product and packaging when applicable

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit when the issue is confirmed and all parties involved have been notified. 

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please note that packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are generally not considered lost.

Returns

Because each product is custom-made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color selection changes
  • Accidental orders
  • Buyers remorse 

If an exception is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error or a manufacturing defect. 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original method of payment after the claim has been reviewed and approved. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, requests to change or cancel an order cannot be guaranteed. Order labels are printed immediately and production can begin within the hour for most. 

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order. If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
