RN2BE is a purpose driven mentorship brand that empowers nurses and aspiring nurses to become who they are called to be professionally and purposefully.

RN2BE began as a declaration I spoke over my life during a season when becoming a nurse didn’t feel likely. At the time, I was a single mother, a college dropout working full-time as a nursing assistant and living in government housing. Still, with a glimpse of hope I was determined to change my circumstances, build a better future for my son and to inspire others.
By faith, I began taking one class at a time until i could apply for nursing school. Once accepted into the nursing program, I began to pray before every exam, asking God to see me through successfully so that I could one day help guide others to do the same.
Today, I am a Registered Nurse with 8 years of emergency nursing experience. My journey has truly come full circle as what once seemed nearly impossible has become purpose. Since my becoming, I have by faith embarked on the journey to entrepreneurship and brick by brick set a solid foundation for RN2BE to impact the lives of those near and far.
Through RN2BE, I have helped aspiring nurses navigate the stresses and anxieties of positioning themselves effectively before programs, encouraged nursing students to persevere despite challenges, and shared practical strategies to help students pass some of the most stressful exams and finals along their journeys, including NCLEX.
RN2BE is more than a brand, it is the beginning of a God-given vision and organization committed to serving, mentoring, and empowering nurses and aspiring nurses to become the healthcare professionals they are called to be.
