RN2BE® began with a simple belief: I am going to be a nurse—and I am.

What began as a personal declaration has grown into a nursing brand rooted in the belief that the future of healthcare can be strengthened by intentionally investing in those who have the desire to become, but may lack the confidence, support, or opportunity needed to get there.

RN2BE® is paving the way for a safe and supportive space where nurses and aspiring healthcare professionals can be encouraged, connected, mentored, and equipped to develop and grow throughout their journey in healthcare.

We strongly believe becoming is much more than reaching a title. It is more about who we become along the journey and how we choose to serve once we've earned the title.

With nearly two decades of healthcare experience behind the vision, RN2BE® is being built with the understanding that the care we invest in today may very well be the care we receive tomorrow.

For eight years, I experienced the highs, lows, and constant shifts of healthcare as a multistate emergency department nurse. Through it all, I stayed the journey, carried the weight of RN2BE® and continually looked to God for direction, strength, and provision. What began as a simple belief became a vision and has now, through obedience, taken shape brick by brick. 

What I've carried for so long has been poured out so that it may become a source of hope, opportunity, connection, and encouragement for others. 

A purpose driven mentorship brand that empowers nurses and aspiring nurses to become who they're called to be professionally and purposefully.

What began as a personal vision has become something others can see, believe in, support, and help expand.

Alabama is home, but the RN2BE® vision is to make an impact across the USA. 

A Believers Brick is more than a contribution. It is a visible representation of belief, resilience, purpose, and a willingness to help pave the way for other generations. 

When these bricks are eventually brought together on a physical wall, they will tell a greater story: RN2BE® may have started with one, but it took community, connection, and togetherness to complete the build.

A foundation can begin with one brick, but a lasting structure requires many.

• Funding the design, development, publication, and printing of RN2BE® educational materials, workbooks, journals, and learning resources.

Mentorship_ Developing Leaders 

• Building structured mentorship opportunities through program development, mentor resources, participant materials, and leadership development.

Scholarships_Investing in Futures 

• Contributing to the establishment and growth of RN2BE® scholarships, helping create opportunities for aspiring and current nursing students.
• A percentage of every RN2BE® sale will be dedicated to growing and establishing the RN2BE® scholarship program as well. 

Community_Extending Our Reach 

• Providing the supplies, printed materials, outreach resources, event expenses, and program materials needed to connect with aspiring nurses, healthcare professionals, and the communities we hope to serve.

Every brick is a resource that helps move the mission forward. Each brick will bring RN2BE® closer to turning purpose into measurable impact. 

For years, I carried this vision largely on my own while looking to God for strength, and provision. With much patience and dedication, I did the research, protected the vision, and established a foundation strong enough to build upon and withstand expansion. 

Now, I have reached a point where I can't carry it alone. I'm asking my community to help me finalize the build and pave the way. 

A single brick can begin a foundation, but a community can build something that stands for generations.
